Dosage :
Adult : 3 times daily, each time with one small cup (15ml) inside the box. Children 6 - 12 years : 2 times daily, each time with half small cup (7.5ml) inside the box. Taken with warm water (after meal) (Shake well before use). This is a concentrated tonic. May be taken in accordance to one's body needs. If signs of body heatiness occur, consume half of the dosage.
